7 Days Refund Policy

At JIPYY, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with a course or service, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • You should not have consumed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Please submit the refund request using your registered email address and include proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).

Note: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

*Refunds are only issued for eligible requests that comply with the above terms.


Cancellation of Services

You may cancel any ongoing subscription or recurring billing at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for canceled services unless the cancellation falls within the initial 7-day refund window.
